Who Is John Williams Anyways?
I won’t bore you with all the details, but I never was born with a “silver spoon.”

I come from humble beginnings, and grew up in an unstable environment as my father had drug issues.

My real estate career officially started out as a licensed realtor in Long Beach California at 22 years old in the year 2008 (yup – the year the entire market crashed).

Despite the broken economy at the time, I was able to sell 5 properties, within my first 3 months and earned $34,000 in commission.

However, at the time I was training and had to split 50% with my broker, which quickly turned into $17,000.

After taxes, I took home about $10,000. 

After keeping less than one third of what I actually made, I decided to transfer to Coldwell banker in Beverly Hills.  
I won’t bore you with all the details, but I never was born with a “silver spoon”

I had listed over 250 properties and was fortunate enough to represent many celebrities, multi-millionaires, and developers.
I took my $10,000 and moved into a subleased apartment in East Los Angeles.
I’ll probably never forget my time living here.

She wanted to sell her house, and I was called in as the exclusive agent to represent the sale of the Bel Air home:

While I was an agent, it got me thinking…
I realized even the BEST agents are making millions and are successful, but there’s also an issue…

They don’t have any PASSIVE INCOME at all!

They are only ONE car accident, or ONE tragedy away from having no more income.

What was their plan for the long term?

How would they survive?

Because of that, I was also slowly transitioning to the INVESTING side of real estate.

I used the money made from my commissions and started to INVEST in properties rather than just sell them…

To make a long story short, I began INVESTING around 2009.

At the time of this writing, I own 18 rental properties in New Jersey, and 1 in LA.

As a result, I became a self-made millionaire and got in the position to retire in my early thirties.
